What we collect
When you text, call or use our form we collect what you send: your name, phone number, email address, the building and unit, a description of the problem and any photographs. Photos may show a tenant's belongings; please keep tenants out of the frame.
How we use it
- To reply with a plan
- To schedule and do the work you approved
- To send a photo of the finished work
- To bill the company or owner you name
- To keep the records the law and our insurer require
Who sees it
Our own staff, and the few services we use to run the business, such as text messaging, email and invoicing. We don't sell your information.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to do the work and meet legal and tax duties. After that we delete it or remove what identifies you.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it. Text or call the number on this site, or email hello@ravenelrepair.com. Text STOP to end text messages from us.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version will be on this page.
