Services

Five kinds of small repair, one number

Text us any of these. Three have a page of their own.

  • Woman fitting a latch on a door

    Doors and locks

Sticking doors, hinges, closers and patio sliders.

    See doors and locks
  • Gloved hands scraping filler off a putty knife against a wall

    Walls and paint

Drywall patches, matching texture and touch-up paint.

    See walls and paint
  • Hands screwing a bulb into a geometric pendant lamp

    Fixtures and fittings

Lights, fans, blinds, toilet and faucet parts, like for like.

    See fixtures and fittings
  • Hands marking trim height with a metal ruler and pencil on a white wall

    Cabinets and trim

Hinges, pulls, shelves, baseboards and loose trim. A drawer that drops its front, a door that won't close.

  • Stucco gable with white trim and a round multi-pane window against a blue sky

    Outside and common areas

Gate latches, handrails, patio screens and small stucco cracks. A loose rail is a safety fix, and we move it up your list.

What a work order is

One problem, one text, one closed work order

  • Small on purpose

We take jobs that one crew lead can finish in a visit or two. Bigger jobs we say are bigger, and give you a name.

  • Priced on the plan

Every plan reply says what we'll do and what it costs, or what hours it uses. You say yes before we come.

  • Closed with a photo

The order closes when you have the photo of the finished work, not when we leave the parking lot.
